All electronic devices at Batch Roastery are warranted for a maximum of two years.
We are responsible for the maintenance of products under our management. For any other product, contact the product's agent or importer, and their warranty terms apply, including presenting an invoice.
The warranty services provided by the agent are not the responsibility of Batch Roastery. This includes the availability of spare parts, repair time, and quality of the repair. Customers should contact the agent directly in the event of any complaints or claims. Batch Roastery will also support any replacement or refund requests from the agent.
The receipt must be retained to ensure the warranty is valid, and contact details for the agent in Saudi Arabia will be provided. If the warranty is not provided by batch roastery, the warranty does not include shipping costs.
Warranty Exclusions:
Failures resulting from misuse, improper voltage supply, or failure to follow the usage instructions in the product manual are excluded from the warranty. Failure to follow the usage instructions in the product manual, the instructions provided on the web pages, the user manual, or the product description when activating the product or products may void the warranty.
Breakage, damage, or exposure of the product to prohibited elements or elements voids the warranty.
Unauthorized repair or maintenance attempts may damage the product, voiding the warranty.
Additional Information:
All necessary measures and precautions are taken to remove impurities from coffee crops before and after roasting. However, there is a very small chance of impurities such as stones, which are also naturally present in other crops such as corn, beans, and lentils. We take every precaution to filter and reduce them, but they may end up in your coffee bag. Therefore, we recommend inspecting the crop before grinding. We disclaim any liability should a problem occur with the crop.
For all international shipments, customs duties will be handled by the customer.
We make every effort in the store to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible.
Each handcrafted product has its own unique appearance, so they will not look exactly alike. We cannot guarantee that your devices will display any color accurately.
We aim to provide our customers with the desired roasting date, but we cannot guarantee a roasting date immediately before or on the same day as the order date.
Some products or services may be available exclusively online through the website and app, rather than in stores. These products or services may be in limited quantities.
