Return & Exchange Policy – Electrical Devices

At Batch Roastery for Specialty Coffee, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality of our products. Therefore, we offer the possibility of returns or exchanges for electrical devices and tools under the following conditions:

1. General Conditions

  • Customers have the right to return or exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
    • The item is unused.
    • The item is in its original condition, including all accessories and original undamaged packaging.
    • The original purchase invoice is provided.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

  • The customer received a product different from what was ordered.
  • The product arrived with a manufacturing defect or visible damage upon delivery.
  • The product does not function upon first use (proof required within 48 hours of receiving the item).

3. Non-Eligible Products

  • Items that have been used or installed.
  • Items purchased under final clearance or discount offers.
  • Items with damaged packaging due to misuse or improper storage.

4. How to Submit a Request

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item via:
  • Please provide:
    • The order number.
    • A brief description of the issue or reason for return.
    • Photos clearly showing the condition of the product.

5. Resolution Process

  • Exchange: A new product of equal value will be shipped after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Return: A refund will be issued using the original payment method, or a store credit will be provided within 7 business days of approval.

6. Warranty

  • The manufacturer’s warranty conditions for each device will apply, as stated on the product card or by the manufacturer.
  • We will assist in communicating with the local distributor in case of any defects after our return period has expired.

Return & Exchange Policy – Roasted Coffee

All roasted coffee products are classified as perishable food items, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened or the product is used.

Orders older than 3 days from the delivery date are also not eligible.

Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange:

  • You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong type or weight).
  • The product arrived visibly damaged (e.g., torn or compromised packaging).
  • The order was delivered more than 5 business days late without prior notice.

Request Procedure:

  • Include:
    • The order number.
    • A clear photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Resolution Process:

  • If the conditions are met:
    • Exchange: A replacement product of equal value will be shipped at no additional cost.
    • Return: A store credit or bank refund will be issued within 7 business days from approval.

Additional Notes:

  • This policy does not cover items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with the terms stated above.
